hiogi.de – SMS dich schlau

Gerade hatte ich mal wieder einen netten Kontakt, und zwar mit Bjoern von hiogi.de. Die Plattform steht unter dem Motto „SMS dich schlau“ und will Usern helfen, fragen zu beantworten.
Dabei setzt man auf das Wissen der breiten Masse und lässt die Fragen – ähnlich wie in einem Forum – direkt selbst von den Usern beantworten. Das coole dabei ist, dass man gar kein Internetanschluss braucht, um eine Frage zu stellen, sondern diese via SMS stellen kann. Man braucht bloß eine SMS mit der Frage an eine Nummer zu schicken, und bekommt dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort, und zwar aus der Community. Die Idee ist wirklich cool!
Und auch optisch macht hiogi.de einiges her, so ist der Fragenkatalog auf der Internetseite abrufbar und so kann man sich selbst schon viele Fragen beantworten, ohne überhaupt eine SMS losschicken zu müssen.
Zweifel habe ich allerdings, ob das Konzept mit der SMS noch sehr zukunftsträchtig ist. Denn der Trend des mobilen Internets dürfte dem stark in den Rücken fallen. Immerhin haben immer mehr Menschen – gerade in der Zielgruppe junger Menschen – einen mobilen Internetzugang und können ständig surfen und so Dinge direkt in den Suchmaschinen nachlesen. Aber das Konzept kann man ja schnell umbauen, und etwa Fragen aus Twitter beantworten…
